The Concord neighborhood is more than fifty percent renter-occupied, yet it has very little quality apartment stock. Our approach to remedy this situation has been to construct new homes as well as to restore existing units to a high standard.
The rents for these homes are comparable to that of the many substandard units, allowing families to begin the process of improving their standard of living without leaving the community.
